Time off to rest and refocus
If you've been reading a while, you know that my posts have slowed a bit this summer. During May and June, I was on sabbatical, taking some time for family and to deal with some health issues. But I'll be back right after the fourth of July, so I look forward to connecting with everyone then!

How much does perspective matter?
During my sabbatical, I've spent some time with a variety of people, and one thing I am sure of--your perspective matters. One young lady is always morose, and despite a variety of opportunities offered to her, she is always complaining that everyone is against her. She begins her day believing it's going to be a bad day, and it always comes true. On the other hand, I have a friend who takes on new challenges regularly, and believes that she can learn from anything. She is optimistic, and is usually correct. How does your perspective matter?
